Transparency for Researchers: Online Tracking of Dissertation Stages Now Available
Within the framework of the "Scientific Councils Portal," the long-awaited system for real-time monitoring of dissertation stages is now fully operational for applicants.
Now, every researcher can track the status of their work online through their personal account, without the need to visit the academic institution in person.
💻 What Can Be Monitored?
Each step of the dissertation process is displayed progressively in the system, much like tracking an online order:
Document Submission: The status of successfully submitted applications and whether they have passed verification.
Scientific Seminar: The routing of the dissertation to the scientific seminar discussion and its subsequent outcome.
Referee Review: The appointment of official referees, along with the uploading of their reviews and decisions.
Defense Date: An official notification once the defense date and time have been confirmed by the scientific council.
Deficiency Notifications: If an error or issue is detected at any stage, the system uses a red indicator to display the reason for the deficiency and provides recommendations for correction.
This digital solution completely eliminates artificial delays and bureaucratic hurdles, putting an end to the need for door-to-door visits during the scientific review process.
